Warranty Claims

At Wave Glider, we stand firmly behind our products – even if things occasionally go wrong. Before submitting a warranty claim, make sure your issue is covered by our Warranty. (To read the full Warranty, Click Here.) Please be prepared to provide your Proof of Purchase and photos or other documentation of the Warranty or repair issue.

As soon as you become aware of a defect or failure of the component, you must immediately stop using the defective component, or the entire boat if appropriate, and contact us. Continued use could further damage the component in question or the boat itself and may void the Warranty.

All product must be delivered to and collected from, at your expense, an authorised Wave Glider dealership or repair location.
